Well its a fine pad you have with lots of wide open areas and scenery. Why is it you want to move back here again? I have a friend who moved to Costa del sol and they seem content enoug but I guess its not for all??

Many thanks for your reply,admin :D .

Hi Altyowl.
We still love the house and garden/land but we set out to a develop a plot of land that needed a lot of TLC. This place certainly needed that as it had been standing empty for eons.
In fact the 3 terraces looked like 1 as so much undergrowth had taken hold ; we had to use machetes to hack our way through but after 4+ years we've finally seeing results so..............its time to move and hopefully recreate another garden but this time on the one level

Its 3 months since my last post on this thread and as yet we've had 1 viewing
It looks like we'l be dropping the price AGAIN !!!! Originally it was 312.000 euros, now its 184.500 and, to enable us to get back to the UK this century  it'll go down to around 175.000 euros.
Thats Euros not Sterling folks , so it equates to around £150k

You know you want to buy it so .............................

[We'll try anything folks :D , also theres no mortgage on our house so its an easy one to buy.]
